Oncogene-Mediated Metabolic Gene Signature Predicts Breast Cancer Outcome

The authors demonstrated that Trop2 is overexpressed in TNBC, and that Trop2 was downregulated which delayed TNBC cell and tumor growth that supported the oncogenic role of Trop2 in breast cancer.
