Researchers demonstrated that phosphatidylcholine-enriched media enhanced neuronal differentiation even under inflammatory stress by modifying the commitment of post-mitotic cells. They also provided evidence that this phospholipid ameliorated the damage of neurons and modulated neuronal plasticity.
