Genetic ablation of OTUD6A efficiently repressed prostatic tumorigenesis of both human prostate cancer (PrCa) cells and the Hi-Myc transgenic PrCa mice, via reversing the metabolic remodeling caused by c-Myc overexpression in PrCa.
