Neuronal F-Box Protein FBXO41 Regulates Synaptic Transmission and Hippocampal Network Maturation

Cultured Fbxo41 null mutant neurons had normal morphology and showed no signs of degeneration. Single cell electrophysiology showed a lower synaptic vesicle release probability in excitatory neurons.
