GFAP Splice Variants Fine-Tune Glioma Cell Invasion and Tumor Dynamics by Modulating Migration Persistence

The authors showed that the glial fibrillary acidic protein δ (GFAPδ) and GFAPα isoforms differentially regulated the tumor dynamics of glioma cells. Depletion of either isoform increased the migratory capacity of glioma cells.
