To improve the efficiency of graft-versus-host disease (GvHD) prophylaxis in matched unrelated donor peripheral blood stem cell transplantation, 51 patients with hematological malignancies received a novel regimen for GvHD prophylaxis composed of low dose antithymocyte globulin.
