Cell-Autonomous Megakaryopoiesis Associated with Polyclonal Hematopoiesis in Triple-Negative Essential Thrombocythemia

Sequencing analysis and human androgen receptor assays revealed that the majority of triple negative (TN)-essential thrombocythemia (ET) patients exhibited polyclonal hematopoiesis, suggesting a possibility of reactive thrombocytosis in TN-ET.
