Establishment of Appropriate Glaucoma Models Using Dexamethasone or TGFβ2 Treated 3D Cultured Human Trabecular Meshwork (HTM) Cells

To establish appropriate ex vivo models for a glaucomatous trabecular meshwork, 2D and 3D cultures of HTM were prepared in the presence of 250 nM dexamethasone or 5 ng/mL TGFβ2, and characterized by various analyses.
