Fragmentation of Tissue-Resident Macrophages during Isolation Confounds Analysis of Single-Cell Preparations from Mouse Hematopoietic Tissues

Analysis of RNA sequencing data, including publicly available datasets, indicated that macrophage fragmentation was a general phenomenon that confounded bulk and single-cell analysis of disaggregated hematopoietic tissues.
