Hepatic Stellate Cell Mediates Transcription of TNFSF14 in Hepatocellular Carcinoma Cells via H₂S/CSE-JNK/JunB Signaling Pathway

The authors demonstrated the involvement of hepatic stellate cell-derived hydrogen sulfide (H2S) in JNK/JunB mediated expression of TNFSF14 gene, which indicated that H2S played an important role in the regulation of HCC apoptosis.
