Investigators found that N-(3-aminopropyl)-2-[(3-methylphenyl) methoxy]-N-(2-thienylmethyl) benzamide hydrochloride (AMTB) suppressed osteosarcoma cell proliferation, metastasis and induced cellular apoptosis.
