Role of Psoriatic Keratinocytes in the Metabolic Reprogramming of Dermal Mesenchymal Stem Cells

Dermal mesenchymal stem cells were cocultured with primary keratinocytes either from psoriatic lesions or from normal subjects using Transwell plate. Expression levels of proteins were analyzed by Western blotting.
