Investigators found that pyrvinium pamoate (PP) and Temozolomide (TMZ) had synergistic effect on inhibiting the viability of glioblastoma multiforme (GBM) cells, and PP induced inhibition of MGMT and enhanced the TMZ chemosensitivity of GBM cells through down-regulating Wnt/β-catenin pathway.
