Circ-TFF1 Promotes Breast Cancer Progression Through the MiR-129-2-3p/IRAK1 Axis

Circular RNA-trefoil factor 1 (circ-TFF1) and interleukin-1 receptor-associated kinase 1 (IRAK1) were significantly high expressed in breast cancer tissues and cells. Silencing of circ-TFF1 reduced the proliferation, migration, invasion and tube formation, while increased the apoptosis of MDA-MB-361 and SK-Br-3 cells.
