Scientists found that pharmacological inhibition of NF-κB pathway in both control and CoCl2-treated mesenchymal stromal cells completely blocked their intercellular communication with the co-cultured HSCs and progenitor cells, resulting in an extremely poor output of hematopoietic cells.
