The authors investigated breast cancer cell metabolism reprogramming by circular RNAs (circRNAs) from breast cancer stem cell (BCSC) exosomes and found that BCSC exosome-derived circCARM1 played an important role in breast cancer cell glycolysis by sponging miR-1252-5p which regulated PFKFB2 expression.
