Scientists investigated the regulatory effects of Reelin on multiple myeloma and its underlying pathogenic mechanisms. In vitro studies showed that Reelin depletion regulated osteolysis and osteogenesis balance, cell cycle, invasiveness, and apoptosis in SP2/0 cells.
