Scientists generated human induced pluripotent stem cell (hiPSC) lines from a patient with Tuberous Sclerosis Complex (TSC) and genetically engineer counterparts and isogenic controls. By differentiating hiPSCs, we show that control neurons respond to canonical guidance cues as predicted.
