Researchers applied PRobe-based Imaging for Sequential Multiplexing (PRISM) to facilitate multiplexed imaging with facile, rapid exchange of imaging probes to analyze iPSC-derived cortical and motor neuron cultures that were relevant to psychiatric and neurodegenerative disease models, using over ten protein targets.
