LDL Receptor-Peptide Conjugate as In Vivo Tool for Specific Targeting of Pancreatic Ductal Adenocarcinoma

In vitro results showed that low-density lipoprotein receptor (LDLR)-targeting conjugate entered into PDAC cells through LDLR mediated-endocytosis before trafficking to the late endosome/lysosome pathway, emulating the natural ligand low-density lipoprotein.
