Induced Cell-Autonomous Neutropenia Systemically Perturbs Hematopoiesis in Cebpa Enhancer-Null Mice

The authors indicated that Cebpa-enhancer deletion caused cell autonomous neutropenia, which reprogramed and disturbed the quiescence of HSCs, leading to a systemic impairment of the hematopoietic process.
