CCK8, Ki67 staining, immunohistochemical analyses, glucose-stimulated insulin secretion and intraperitoneal glucose tolerance test were performed to detect the effect of Kcnq1ot1 on β-cell proliferation and insulin secretion in vitro and in vivo.
