Scientists targeted Monoacylglycerol lipase (MAGL) in TNBCs, using a potent carbamate-based inhibitor AM9928 with prolonged pharmacodynamic effects. AM9928 blocked TNBC cell adhesion and transmigration across human brain microvascular endothelial cells in 3D co-cultures.
