Rapid Cloning of Antigen-Specific TCell Receptors by Leveraging the Cis Activation of T Cells

By analyzing a large number of T cells at the single-cell level on a microwell array, scientists showed that T cell activation could occur via cis interactions, and that such cis activation could be used to detect antigen-specific T cells and clone their T cell receptor within four days.
