In a co-culture system of human umbilical vein endothelial cells and acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) cells, serine protease inhibitor Kazal type 1 (SPINK1) exposure resulted in enhanced endothelial cell motility and ALL cells trans-endothelial migration.
