Hydrogels Derived from Decellularized Liver Tissue Support the Growth and Differentiation of Cholangiocyte Organoids

Tthe culture and expansion of human cholangiocyte organoids in liver extracellular matrix-derived hydrogels is described. These hydrogels supported proliferation of cholangiocyte organoids and maintain the cholangiocyte-like phenotype.
