tion%20against%20oxidative%20stress%20were%20more%20pronounced%20in%20crypt-like%20organoids%2C%20whereas%20cellular%20stress%20and%20cell%20death%20associated%20protein%20changes%20were%20more%20pronounced%20in%20villus-like%20organoids.%20Profile%20analysis%20highlighted%20several%20interesting%20proteins%20showing%20a%20consistent%20temporal%20profile%20during%20HR%20in%20organoids%20from%20different%20origin%2C%20such%20as%20NDRG1%2C%20SDF4%20or%20DMBT1.%20This%20study%20demonstrates%20that%20the%20HR%20response%20in%20human%20intestinal%20organoids%20recapitulates%20properties%20of%20the%20in%20vivo%20IR%20response.%20Our%20findings%20provide%20a%20framework%20for%20further%20investigations%20to%20elucidate%20underlying%20mechanisms%20of%20IR%20injury%20in%20crypt%20and%5C%2For%20villus%20separately%2C%20and%20a%20model%20to%20test%20therapeutics%20to%20prevent%20IR%20injury.%22%2C%22date%22%3A%222021-01-18%22%2C%22language%22%3A%22en%22%2C%22DOI%22%3A%2210.1038%5C%2Fs41419-020-03379-9%22%2C%22ISSN%22%3A%222041-4889%22%2C%22url%22%3A%22https%3A%5C%2F%5C%2Fwww.nature.com%5C%2Farticles%5C%2Fs41419-020-03379-9%22%2C%22collections%22%3A%5B%5D%2C%22dateModified%22%3A%222021-01-18T20%3A13%3A56Z%22%7D%7D%5D%7D
