Investigators revealed that IκB kinase (IKK)-α in distinct endothelial cell (EC)-derived compartments was uniquely required to promote B cell homeostasis and lymph node (LN) development, and they established that lymphatic EC-intrinsic IKK-α was absolutely essential for LN formation.
