The MFF-SIRT1/3 Axis, Regulated by miR-340-5p, Restores Mitochondrial Homeostasis of Hypoxia-Induced Pulmonary Artery Smooth Muscle Cells

Pulmonary artery smooth muscle cells were cultured in hypoxia condition for constructing a pulmonary arterial hypertension model in vitro. The expression of genes and proteins were determined by qRT-PCR and western bolt assays.
