tients%20transplanted%20with%20Haploidentical%20donor%20%28Haplo%2C%20n%5Cu2009%3D%5Cu200941%29%20or%20Umbilical%20Cord%20Blood%20%28UCB%2C%20n%5Cu2009%3D%5Cu200954%29%20were%20analyzed%20for%20overall%20survival%20%28OS%29%2C%20non-relapse%20mortality%20%28NRM%29%2C%20relapse%2C%20and%20acute%5C%2Fchronic%20graft-versus-host%20disease%20%28aGVHD%5C%2FcGVHD%29%20incidence.%20At%202%20years%2C%20OS%20and%20PFS%20were%2C%20respectively%2C%20of%2059%25%20and%2053%25%2C%20without%20significant%20difference%20between%20Haplo%20and%20UCB.%20In%20multivariate%20analysis%2C%20disease%20status%20at%20transplant%20was%20an%20independent%20risk%20factor%20for%20OS%20and%20PFS%2C%20and%20aGVHD%20III%5Cu2013IV%20was%20the%20main%20factor%20for%20OS%20and%20NRM.%20While%20no%20major%20impact%20of%20donor%20source%20on%20survival%20and%20mortality%20was%20noted%2C%20this%20study%20suggests%20that%20alternative%20donor%20transplantation%20appears%20feasible%20and%20offers%20benefits%20to%20patients%20with%20T-cell%20lymphoma.%22%2C%22date%22%3A%222021-08-06%22%2C%22language%22%3A%22en%22%2C%22DOI%22%3A%2210.1038%5C%2Fs41409-021-01426-3%22%2C%22ISSN%22%3A%221476-5365%22%2C%22url%22%3A%22https%3A%5C%2F%5C%2Fwww.nature.com%5C%2Farticles%5C%2Fs41409-021-01426-3%22%2C%22collections%22%3A%5B%5D%2C%22dateModified%22%3A%222021-08-10T03%3A22%3A48Z%22%7D%7D%5D%7D
