MLL1 Is Required for Maintenance of Intestinal Stem Cells

Loss of mixed lineage leukemia 1 (MLL1) was accompanied by loss of intestinal stem cells and a differentiation bias towards the secretory lineage with increased numbers and enlargement of goblet cells.
