%20normal%20intestinal%20architecture%20following%20dextran%20sodium%20sulfate%20%28DSS%29-induced%20colitis%2C%20and%20that%20LINGO3%20is%20needed%20for%20therapeutic%20action%20of%20the%20long%20acting%20TFF2%20fusion%20protein%20%28TFF2-Fc%29%2C%20including%20a%20number%20of%20signaling%20pathways%20critical%20for%20cell%20proliferation%20and%20wound%20repair.%20LINGO3-TFF2%20protein-protein%20interactions%20were%20relatively%20weak%20however%20and%20LINGO3%20was%20only%20partially%20responsible%20for%20TFF2%20induced%20MAPK%20signaling%20suggesting%20additional%20un-identified%20components%20of%20a%20receptor%20complex.%20However%2C%20deficiency%20in%20either%20TFF2%20or%20LINGO3%20abrogated%20budding%5C%2Fgrowth%20of%20intestinal%20organoids%20and%20reduced%20expression%20of%20the%20intestinal%20ISC%20gene%20leucine-rich%20repeat-containing%20G-protein%20coupled%20receptor%205%20%28LGR5%29%2C%20indicating%20homologous%20roles%20for%20these%20proteins%20in%20tissue%20regeneration%2C%20possibly%20via%20regulation%20of%20ISCs%20in%20the%20crypt%20niche.Conclusion%3A%20We%20propose%20that%20LINGO3%20serves%20a%20previously%20unappreciated%20role%20in%20promoting%20mucosal%20wound%20healing.%22%2C%22date%22%3A%22May%203%2C%202021%22%2C%22language%22%3A%22%22%2C%22DOI%22%3A%2210.1080%5C%2F00365521.2021.1917650%22%2C%22ISSN%22%3A%220036-5521%22%2C%22url%22%3A%22https%3A%5C%2F%5C%2Fdoi.org%5C%2F10.1080%5C%2F00365521.2021.1917650%22%2C%22collections%22%3A%5B%5D%2C%22dateModified%22%3A%222021-05-13T17%3A31%3A01Z%22%7D%7D%5D%7D
