Development of CAR T-cell Lymphoma in Two of Ten Patients Effectively Treated with piggyBac Modified CD19 CAR T-cells

The authors demonstrated the feasibility of generating CD19-specific chimeric antigen receptor (CAR19) T-cells from HLA-matched donors of sibling allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplant patients via a simple and inexpensive method using the piggyBac transposon.
