The authors analyzed the profiling of immune cells in the peripheral blood of steroid-sensitive nephrotic syndrome patients and steroid-resistant nephrotic syndrome patients before and after standard steroid treatment to clarify the immunological mechanism of nephrotic syndrome patients.
